Associates - Bridge Management
Group:
The Bridge Management Group specialises in
planning and implementing rapid and necessary change in medium sized companies.
This includes profits improvement, corporate recovery and restructuring,
acquisitions work and project planning of new ventures and business start-ups.
Its ethos can best be summarised as follows:
 |
The Bridge team
never makes recommendations that it would not implement if requested
|
 |
The Bridge does
not pretend to have a solution to every problem
|
Its
principal is Jonathan Palmer, an experienced financial manager and strategic
planner who has held senior positions in Bass, Sainsbury and WH Smith and has
over 15 years consultancy experience. He has an MA in maths and economics, a
masters degree in business, and further financial and marketing qualifications.
He has served on subcommittees of the Strategic planning Society and is an
occasional lecturer at business schools.
He is
able to call on a team of independent specialists and is delighted to be
associated with Jerry Hayter who brings fundamental HR strategy skills to
implementation work. This way of operating ensures that the client company gets
the skills it needs paying for the work not the overheads.
