founder of Xecutive Search HR is Jerry Hayter. He has over 20 years
successful experience in senior management roles including human
resources, operations, sales, franchising and key account roles.
Established in independent business
consultancy in 1999, Jerry has a proven track record of success as a
Human Resources Director and in search and selection. He
has considerable experience of assessment, restructuring, training,
communications and employee relations and is capable of influencing,
negotiating and mediating at senior levels.
He has a tough, practical operating style and a

Kathryn Hayter is our Principal Associate at Xecutive Search; she has expertise and a strong network of contacts throughout the Property and Construction Sectors.
She has extensive experience in Recruitment Solutions recruiting personnel from Graduate to Board Level across a variety of disciplines including Land, Planning, Technical, Construction, Commercial, Sales, Finance and General Management.
