Our team building programmes include activities on land as well as on board boat. There are considerable additional benefits of working with a team at sea though.

Team strengths and weaknesses are exposed very quickly on board an ocean going yacht, so the weaker links in the chain have an immediate opportunity for some personal tuition.

The basic formula is simple, if you pull your weight you make progress, if you don’t; then your lack of progress is obvious to yourself and to the whole team and remedial action can be taken.

We use the activities in our Team Building Workshops as a framework on which to build our development exercises; detailed review and feedback sessions are an essential part of the process.
